Returns
Return Policy
GolfHeadquarters.com’s fulfilling stores, which are all independently owned and operated, offer a 30-day return or exchange on most products purchased via this site. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it to the fulfilling store (the “seller”) for a full refund if:
- The seller has been contacted by the customer and the returned product, once received by the seller, is deemed new and unused and all accessories are included;
- The returned product is accompanied by either of the following:
1) a copy of the packing slip provided in the shipping carton with the original purchase, or 2) a copy of the online receipt which is available to the customer at the time of purchase or is available online by clicking on my golf headquarters account and choosing View my Golf Headquarters Orders; and
- The original packaging is included with the product(s).
The following products can NOT be returned:
- Used Merchandise;
- Special or Custom orders;
- Videos, DVDs or Software that have been opened; or
- Items not purchased at Golf Headquarters.com.
Returns must be received by the seller within 30 days of the original shipping date of the product to the customer. Exceptions may apply for certain seasons.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Credit for original shipping charges may be issued if the product was damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. In some instances, a call tag may be issued.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. For a customer to secure a refund equivalent to his or her initial purchase price plus refundable shipping costs and applicable taxes, the seller must request that refund from GolfHeadquarters.com. Sellers are provided with instructions on how to create refunds. Please allow up to 40 days after the customer makes a request to the seller for a refund for the credit to appear on the original credit card account statement. GolfHeadquarters.com will send the customer a confirmation of their refund via email within 72 hours of its receipt of the refund request from the seller. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email for the refund or the credit has not appeared on the customer’s statement within the 40 day time period, the customer should contact the seller to confirm the refund was created.
Any product returned by a customer without authorization from the seller will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Return Product
The customer must contact the seller, whose information can be found on the packing slip included with the shipped product. ALL RETURNS MUST BE HANDLED BY THE SELLER. Customers can not return product to Golf Headquarters.com.
Using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post (to enable tracking) when returning product to the seller is highly recommended! Product may also be returned in person to the seller’s store.
Credits Issued
Qualifying returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax, if applicable. The customer is responsible for the original freight charges and any return freight charges. Credit for original shipping charges may be issued for defective, damaged or incorrect items being shipped. Shipping charges for an order re-shipped by a seller may also be paid by the seller if the product or products are defective, damaged, or if incorrect items were initially shipped. The seller must make those determinations. Credit will be processed within 3 business days from the date the seller creates a refund (notifies GolfHeadquarters.com to issue credit) and will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. Please allow up to 40 days after the seller requests a refund for the credit to appear on the original credit card account statement. If any item is deemed ineligible for a credit or refund, the customer will be contacted by the seller who has the right to make that determination.
Damaged Items
If any shipping carton appears to be damaged upon delivery the customer must make notations of the damage when signing and, if any product is found to be damaged once the carton is open, the customer must contact the seller immediately. If the shipment is left at destination without obtaining a signature and visible damage to any carton is evident, the customer must contact the seller immediately if any product is found damaged once the carton is opened. In either instance, the customer must save the damaged shipping carton(s). Seller information can be found on the packing slip included with the shipped product or the customer may contact GolfHeadquarters.com Customer Service at 866-323-8632 to obtain that information. Customers can not return the damaged or broken merchandise to GolfHeadquarters.com. All claims for damaged goods resulting from damaged shipping cartons or improper carrier handling must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Contact the seller immediately to avoid loss of rights to file a claim with the carrier.
Warranty Claims
Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information may be included with the purchase, or may be found on the manufacturer's web site. The customer must contact the seller for all warranty issues. The seller contact information can be found on the packing slip included with the shipped product.
Shortages
Some orders may ship in multiple cartons and may arrive on different days. Please verify all boxes that are supposed to be received on any given delivery are actually received. (Please note that all claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date). Please contact the seller to resolve the issue of all shortages resulting from either incomplete deliveries or shortages within the box (please check the packing slip to verify the items on the packing slip match the items in the total shipment received). The seller’s contact information is listed on the packing slip included with the order. If necessary, the customer may contact GolfHeadquarters.com Customer Service to obtain the contact information.
Shipping
Shipping Rates
The amount the customer is charged for Ground shipping will depend on the amount of the order and the items purchased.
Currently, free ground shipping is provided on orders over $100.00 shipped to the 48 contiguous states*.
Ground orders placed Monday - Friday will typically leave the shipping location within 24 to 72 hours from the time your order is placed. Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 business days after leaving the shipping location.
Weekend orders are not processed until the following Monday.
Charges related to shipping and taxes are not included to meet the minimum order total requirement for the different shipping charges (see chart below). Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

**Due to package size restrictions from carriers, some large or bulky items (such as carts, bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may require additional shipping charges. This will be clearly indicated on the Final Approval Purchase page if the order requires these additional charges. The additional shipping charges for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.

*If the order is over $100.00 and the order contains oversized items, only the oversized shipping charges for those items will be applied to the order .
PLEASE NOTE: Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada require special handling. Shipping charges are not included in the original order total and the customer is made aware of this at the time of the purchase. The customer will receive an email advising them of the total shipping charges for orders being shipped to these areas and will be required to approve these charges before the order will be shipped.
Shipping Time
Orders placed Monday - Friday will typically leave the shipping location within 24 to 72 hours from the time your order is placed. Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 business days after leaving the shipping location and 2nd Day Air deliveries should arrive in 2 business days.
Weekend orders are not processed until the following Monday.
Tracking Your Order
The customer will receive an email advising them of the shipping information for the order. You may contact GolfHeadquarters.com Customer Service if a shipping confirmation email is not received by using the Customer
Service Form or by calling 866-323-8632. Customer Service will facilitate your request on behalf of the seller.
Customer Shipping Address
It is recommended that product be shipped to a location where someone will be available to both receive and sign for the delivery. Golf Headquarters.com or the sellers can not be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax Collected
The goal is to get the customer’s order delivered as soon as possible. In order to expedite shipping, a participating seller that is in close proximity to the customer typically fulfills the order. Generally, these sellers will be located within the same state as the customer and the customer will be required to pay the state sales tax in addition to applicable local taxes. See the list below for the U.S. states where participating sellers are located.
If the “ship to state” does not have a participating seller located in that state or the participating seller in that state is not able to fulfill, a seller outside the customer’s state will fulfill the order. Under either of these scenarios, taxes are not required to be collected. If the order was originally subject to taxation, but is no longer subject because of either of the aforementioned scenarios, the taxes will be deducted from the total of the order before the customer’s credit card is charged. The customer will receive an email advising them of this change.
Not all associate stores participate as sellers for this site. Therefore, the U.S. states listed under Store Locator on the site where customers can find an associate’s physical store(s) differ from the list below.

**Orders destined for Canada require special handling. Depending on the location of the seller, taxes may or may not be required. Applicable taxes along with shipping charges are not calculated at the time of the online purchase. The Final Purchase Approval page advises the customer that the amount of these charges (applicable taxes and shipping charges) will be emailed to them and they must be approved by the customer before the order is shipped. The customer’s credit card is not charged for either the product(s) or the applicable taxes and shipping charges until the customer has approved these additional charges and the order is shipped. These combined approved charges (applicable taxes and shipping charges) will be a separate charge from the product purchase amount on the customer’s credit card.
Privacy Policy
Golf Headquarters.com will not sell, share, trade, or give away any personal information that it receives regarding customers. The customer’s privacy is protected. The information is used to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Please read on for more details about the privacy policy.
What information is collected? How is it used?
The domain name of e-mail addresses of visitors to the site is collected and information on what pages visitors access is aggregated (not personally identified). This information is used to monitor the use of the site and to improve its performance and usefulness. Information is also collected that the customer volunteers, such as survey responses, comments, purchasing and billing information, and customer’s requests.
When a customer places an order, their name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date are necessary. This information allows the processing and fulfilling of the customer’s order and enables the notification of the order status. The customer’s credit card information is never passed on by GolfHeadquarters.com to the seller.
The information collected is also used to occasionally notify customers about important functionality changes to the Web site, new services, and special offers.
How is customer information protected?
When customers place orders or access their account information, the use of a secure server is offered. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information a customer inputs before it is sent to GolfHeadquarters.com. Furthermore, all customer data collected is protected against unauthorized access.
How are customers allowed to update or change the information collected?
Customers may update or change information related to their account by updating their profile, accessible via the home page once the customer is logged in, or by sending an email. Yes, cookies are used, but they are not overused! Cookies are used to enhance a customer’s shopping and browsing experience. The text in a cookie, by itself, only tells that a customer has visited the site previously. It does not store any personal information such as the customer’s name, email address, street address, or phone number. Cookies are also used to maintain the customer’s shopping basket. All data contained in the shopping basket is kept on the server and not in the cookie the customer’s machine is assigned.

By using this website, the customer consents to the collection and use of this information. If a change in the privacy policy is decided, those changes will be posted on this page so that the customer is always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances it is disclosed.

It is expected that every order will be handled properly and without complications, but in some rare circumstance, disputes will arise. Since the sale is between the customer and the seller, GolfHeadquarters.com has no obligation to resolve the dispute. It is expected that this situation will rarely arise and that the seller will have the best interest of their customers in mind.
